Heartwise is a company which allows physicians to:

• Provide in-office testing to their patients, under their care;
• Strengthen patient relationships by allowing the patient to remain within their Physician’s office, as opposed to visiting a separate diagnostic site;
• Create economic efficiencies by utilizing our equipment, sonographers, and/or technological infrastructure on a part-time basis; and
• Generate significant ancillary revenues.

THE PROCESS

• Schedule your patients for ultrasound studies at a regular time on a weekly, bi-weekly basis or monthly basis.
• We provide you with the equipment, sonographer, and technological infrastructure required to perform the studies.
• You pay Heartwise Imaging to perform the Technical Component of the study.
• Your patients study will be read by a Board Certified Cardiologist.
• There are absolutely no additional expenses incurred by your office.
• All supplies and disposables are provided by Heartwise.
• Approximately 12 studies may be performed during a four-hour service period.
