Joshua joined Altus in June of 2010 as an Intern working closely with the Regional Senior Vice President to learn the Altus model and quickly progressed within the company.  At the onset of 2012 he is now an Executive Associate reporting directly to the Regional Senior Vice President and a member of the Business Development team as Project Manager.

From collateral development to new construction management and day-to-day operations Joshua assists in ensuring the objectives of Altus investors are met and exceeded.  More succinctly, Joshua has worked to acquire new projects from market research through to procuring materials for operational status.  He is also integral in the data analysis portion of operations to keep physician investors abreast of their contributions. 

One of many extracurricular alignments to Altus includes writing and editing Altus newsletters for Baytown, Beaumont and Houston entities. 

Joshua graduated in December 2011 from Lamar University with an MBA concentrating in Healthcare Administration.  He also holds a BS degree in Mass Communication with emphasis in Corporate Communication.  He is currently pursuing further credentialing with the American College of Healthcare Executives and Six Sigma.
