Our New Baytown Facility

Altus' 25,000 square foot facility features five modalities:

• Oprex Surgery Center contains four technologically advanced operating rooms, highly skilled nursing staff and a repertoire of surgeons with outstanding reputations.
• Clarus Imaging features superior MRI capability as well as X-ray, CT, and PET/CT with flexible hours to meet patient needs.
• Zerenity Sleep Center provides four comfortable rooms for professional sleep studies on adults with medical complications associated with sleep disorders. At Zerenity, board-certified physicians with decades of experience in diagnosing sleep disorders review every sleep study performed.
• The newest addition to our medical services in Baytown is our Altus Cancer Center. Altus Cancer Center is the pinnacle of radiation therapy in Baytown.  Our linear accelerator surpasses the capabilities of others in the area. We have a renowned team of cancer doctors, nurses, physicists, dosimetrists and therapists ready to develop the best treatment plan for your individual needs.

Altus Baytown was designed to be an energy-efficient facility and is in the process of obtaining certification by the U.S. Green Building Council as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) facility. To obtain LEED certification, 77% of waste was recycled during construction. During operation, the center will require 33% less water and 18% less energy utilizing solar energy panels. The center also maximizes staff efficiency while increasing patient privacy and convenience. Waiting areas are equipped with wireless internet access and televisions so that patients and family members can stay connected to their lives while at the center. Additional conveniences includes: a very friendly staff, ample parking, free coffee and comfortable seating.
