Our office personnel are very knowledgeable in regarding insurance, billing, and reimbursement guidelines. They are able to assist with insurance verifications, third-party billing, transition from hospital to home with prescribed equipment, and any reimbursement issues that may arise. Our warehouse personnel can answer a wide range of questions related to our equipment.

Our technical staff has been extensively trained to properly in troubleshoot and repair equipment in the field and warehouse. We offer a 60-day mask guarantee for each patient to ensure comfort and compliance.

Altus Medical Equipment currently services more than 14 counties in the Southeast Texas and Greater Houston area. Our team of respiratory therapists is available when needed for patient follow-up and assessment.
