Houston and Beaumont Only
We understand that under certain circumstances, transportation may be an issue for our patients. So, with 48-hour notice, we offer complimentary transportation for our patients who need it. Patients can be picked up and/or dropped off at their desired location. All of our vehicles are both well-equipped and safe. Handicapped accessible transportation is available and can be arranged with advanced notice.
If you are having surgery, a responsible adult must accompany you to the center, await completion of your procedure, and be present at the time of your discharge. Your guest will also need to be on hand to ask questions and receive care guidelines in the event you are not able to do so.
Whether you're coming from right around the corner or from further away, you'll find our transportation comfortable and convenient and our drivers friendly and efficient.
Our Transportation Policy
Altus cancer, imaging and surgery patients are eligible for courtesy transportation services with 48-hour notice. Handicapped accessible transportation is available with 72-hour notice.
Insurance/Fees
Our transportation service is a courtesy extended to our patients. This service is not covered by Medicare. No insurance is needed and no extra fees are charged.
